Place a Printing Order using ePrint
Use our full integrated job submission system to submit your print order directly from your computer, on or off campus. Your order will be delivered securely and confidently to the print shop. Learn more...
If you are unable to use ePrint, please visit our Resources page and submit a PDF Print Requisition Form. The print shop runs 16 hours a day, from 6am until 10pm, to ensure even last-minute projects are ready the next day.
Place a Printing Order via Email/Fax
Completed Printing Requisition Forms can be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the files to be printed.
Submit your digital files on portable media (USBs, CDs, etc.) or upload to our FTP site. Before submitting your file, we suggest you do a last edit for accuracy of all details. Remember to include all images and font files.
Please call to obtain a secure FTP account (which is especially useful when you have large files).

Place a Printing Order for Glendon Campus
Delivery to York Hall
Mailing Services picks up new photocopying orders and drops off completed jobs at the Mailroom at York Hall. The Mailroom is staffed each weekday from 8:30 am to 12:00 noon, and “bulk photocopying” may be submitted at this facility for copying by Printing Services, Keele Campus.
Bulk orders are batched at the Glendon Mailroom, where Mailing Services transports to Printing Services, Keele Campus. Orders submitted by 9:00 am at the Glendon Mailroom, can generally be returned the following morning if a rush turn-around is required.
Please advise us if there is a rush request on your job. We will ensure that the job is fast-tracked and ready to be delivered by Mailing Services the next day.
Add Braille to your Print Job
To add Braille to your business card, please complete the attached form to clarify the information to be embossed in Braille. Download the Braille Order Form from our Resources page.
When ordering copies of material that may require permissions from the copyright holders, please review the Copyright and You details on Class Handouts page prior to placing your order.
If the work is not available for immediate reproduction, we will refer the requirement to Copyright Clearance Centre. They will negotiate permissions and advise you of any royalty payments that may be required.
